Delete Your Account

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Omelo app: • Open the Omelo app on your phone • Go to Menu → Profile → Settings • Tap "Delete Account" near the bottom • Confirm your request Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently removed within 30 days.

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us and we'll process the deletion for you: • Email [email protected] • Use the subject line "Delete Account" • Include the email address or phone number registered to your account We confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove: • Your profile and account information (name, email, phone) • All chat history and AI conversations • Uploaded photos, lab reports, and documents • Your pets' health records, logs, reminders, and timeline This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

In limited cases, we may retain certain records only where required by law (for example, transaction or tax records, or anonymized data that can no longer be linked to you).
