Build the core clinical reasoning infrastructure: triage engine, longitudinal health record, real-time vet escalation. You'll own systems used by 150,000+ pet parents on day one.

- Architect the triage engine — vet decision trees + LLM language layer + hard-coded safety gate
- Own the longitudinal health record schema and APIs
- Build the live-vet escalation path connecting beomelo.com to vet.beomelo.com
- Ship daily. Talk to users daily. Improve clinical accuracy daily.
Must have
- 5+ years building production systems with real users
- Strong TypeScript / Node.js + Python — you can fluidly own backend AND frontend
- Experience with LLM application architecture (RAG, tool use, prompt orchestration)
- Comfortable owning infrastructure (Postgres, Redis, Vercel, observability)
- Care about clinical safety more than shipping speed
Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS + Android)
Lead the iOS + Android app where most users actually live. You'll own the triage flow, scanner, daily check-in, and notification systems.

ML / Vet AI Engineer
Build the clinical intelligence layer. Train and deploy the models that route, reason, and escalate. Work directly with veterinary advisors on what's safe to predict.

- Define and enforce clinical quality bar — call quality, response time, escalation accuracy
