Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 19, 2025

Omelo provides digital consultation services and subscription-based access to our platform.
Since these are digital and service-based offerings, our cancellation and refund rules are as follows:

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Omelo account dashboard.

  • Cancellation stops the next billing cycle, but does not refund the current active cycle.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only in the following situations:

  1. Double Payment / Duplicate Transaction
    If you were charged twice for the same service, the extra payment will be refunded.

  2. Payment Charged But Service Not Received
    If your payment succeeds but your service does not activate, email us within 24 hours for review.

  3. Invalid or Failed Transactions
    If the amount was deducted but Razorpay marks it as failed, the refund is processed by the bank automatically within 5–7 working days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription charges for the ongoing billing period

  • Consultation tokens once consumed

  • Discounts or promotional credits
